Do I need joint supplements?
I went to bed so early last night because I had a headache and I was also so tired from yesterday's events. I had a good sleep only to wake up with my right arm from the elbow joint down to my fingers so painful and a little bit numb. Hubby told me that I slept on my right arm that is probably the reason why the pain. Or maybe, I just need joint supplements. Well, considering that I have all these joint pains especially after my exercise, I believe it is better for me to take some supplements. Hmmm, I just need to find the best supplement there is in the market today. Any suggestion, guys?
